Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy (Digital Products)
Effective date: January 23, 2026

Torah Life Architect sells digital products only (PDF eBooks, PDF Workbooks, and MP3 Audiobooks). That means there is no physical shipping and no delivery by mail.

1) Instant Digital Delivery (How it works)

After your payment is successfully processed, you will typically receive access in two ways:

  1. A download option on the order confirmation/thank-you page (when available), and/or
  2. An email with a secure download link sent to the email address used at checkout.

2) Delivery Timing

Digital delivery is usually instant. In rare cases, it may take a few minutes due to payment verification, email provider delays, or spam filtering.

3) File Formats

  • eBooks & Workbooks: PDF
  • Audiobooks: MP3

4) If you don’t receive your download email

Please check the following:

  • Your Spam/Junk folder
  • If you use Gmail, your Promotions tab
  • Whether the email address entered at checkout is correct

If you still can’t access your files, email us at info@torahlifearchitect.com and include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will help you as quickly as possible.

5) No Physical Shipping

We do not ship printed books, CDs, or any other physical goods. As a result:

  • No shipping fees
  • No tracking numbers
  • No customs/import duties
  • No shipping addresses are required for delivery (billing details may still be required by payment providers)

6) Download Access & Backup

We recommend downloading and saving your files to your device and/or personal cloud storage for backup. Download links may not remain active forever, and access can be affected by email changes or provider systems over time.
