Terms of Service (Digital Products)

Welcome to Torah Life Architect (the “Store”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://torahlifearchitect.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of our digital products.

1) Eligibility & Account Responsibility
By using the Site or purchasing, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence and that the information you provide at checkout is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access (if applicable) and for activities under your account.
2) Digital Products Only (No Physical Shipping)
All products sold are digital downloads only, including:
- Downloadable PDF eBooks
- Downloadable PDF Workbooks
- Downloadable MP3 Audiobooks
No physical items are shipped.
3) Delivery of Digital Content
After successful payment, access to your downloads is typically provided immediately via the order confirmation/thank-you page and/or by email to the address used at checkout. Delivery timing may vary due to provider delays or filtering (for example, spam or promotions folders).
You are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout and for ensuring you can receive emails from us.
If you experience download issues, contact info@torahlifearchitect.com and we will assist you.
4) No Cancellations After Delivery (Refunds Still Available)
Because our products are delivered digitally, we generally cannot cancel an order once digital access has been provided (for example, once the download link is delivered or made available). However, we stand behind our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
5) License & Acceptable Use (No Sharing)
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may:
- Download the files to your personal devices
- Print a reasonable number of pages for personal study (PDFs)
You may not:
- Share, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or gift the files or access links
- Upload the files to public websites, cloud folders shared with others, groups, or file-sharing platforms
- Use the content commercially without written permission
All content, branding, and materials are owned by Torah Life Architect and/or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6) Pricing, Payments, and Taxes
Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and payment providers. Taxes/VAT may apply depending on your location and applicable rules for digital products.
7) Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee). If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Return & Refund Policy, the Return & Refund Policy will control for refunds.
8) Educational & General Information Disclaimer
All content is provided for educational and informational purposes. Nothing on the Site or in our digital products constitutes financial, investment, legal, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.
Creator name note: “Rabbi Shimon” is used as a creator/brand name for content presentation. It does not represent a claim of any specific ordination or legal professional qualification.
9) Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site or content. This includes attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the Site, scraping content, introducing malware, or violating any applicable laws.
10) Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and digital products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Torah Life Architect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the digital product giving rise to the claim.
12) Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
13) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Site and will apply from the effective date stated.
14) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Courts located in Zurich, Switzerland will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections apply in your country of residence.
